Graduated with a Master’s degree specialized in Hospitality and Tourism management, Noémie first gained operational experience by working for international groups such as Shangri-La, Radisson, Accor and also for independent hotels, especially in Asia. She has thus developed a solid knowledge of the hospitality sector.  

Noémie Hertzog joined the Horwath HTL France team in September 2019. 

In 2020, Horwath HTL France became Voltere (Egis Group), and Noémie mainly contributes to hotel market and feasibility studies in France and Africa, as well as hotel development strategies for public entities. She has a good knowledge of all the steps involved in the implementation of a hotel and para-hospitality program, from study phase (market and site study, product recommendations, pre-programming, financial feasibility) trough to operator and investor search phase, including project set-up.
