With a degree in architecture and masters in urban planning and project management from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Bertile CHOLLEY joined Egis in 1998.

In 2007, she took over the management of the master plans and real estate programming department of Egis Conseil Bâtiments as well as the coordination of regional consulting activities. Her expertise has been focused on two main subjects, consulting in the hospital sector and studies for the optimization and enhancement of existing assets. Thus, she intervenes on real estate master plans and building conversions in public and private projects that include urban, architectural, functional, technical, economic and environmental components.
